Every cut is slow-smoked over hickory wood, bringing bold, honest flavor that reflects competition-level barbecue with a backyard feel.Built for gatherings big and small, our food is made to bring family, friends, and neighbors together around great BBQ and a strong sense of community.

From backyard gatherings to weddings and corporate events, we offer pickup, drop-off, full-service buffet, and competition-style experiences. Every package builds on our base inclusions below, with slow-smoked meats and scratch-made sides.

Base Package Includes

2 meats • 2 sides • coleslaw • choice of sauce

Pickup catering

  • Family-style BBQ, hot in foil pans with reheating instructions—great for smaller events, game days, and backyard get-togethers.
  • $15 per person
  • 15-person minimum

Drop-off / delivery

  • Delivered hot and ready; optional disposable chafers—ideal for offices, parties, and casual events.
  • Starting at $20 per person
  • 20-person minimum

Full-service catering

  • BBQ trailer on site with buffet service—suited to weddings, corporate events, and larger gatherings.
  • Includes setup, service, breakdown, and cleanup
  • $25 per person
  • 50-person minimum

Competition barbecue experience

  • Premium on-site experience with live pitmaster action and competition-style barbecue.
  • Best when you want to elevate food and atmosphere beyond traditional catering.
